The most commonly asked question we get from people is, “how much do you charge?” Unfortunately, there isn’t a simple answer.

Each situation is unique. Each client is unique.

Therefore, our fees and how they are structured vary depending on our client’s needs. In general, fees are structured in one of three ways.

Hourly
Applicable fees are billed weekly (at rates determined in our initial contract) as work is completed. Hourly rates vary depending on the type of services needed. For example you’ll pay less per hour for writing of a press release or graphic design than strategic planning services.

Per Project
Together with you, we define the scope of project, deliverables, deadlines and a budget. Fees are then determined based on the requirements of the project and scope. Weekly written updates are provided throughout the duration of the project.

Monthly Retainer
This is great option for clients with long-term needs. As your agency-of-record, we determine together approximately how many hours of service per week will be required to achieve your goals over a specified time frame and negotiate a monthly rate. Because of the on-going nature of this relationship, we require a weekly or bi-weekly meeting with our primary client contact to review completed work and upcoming tasks.
