Partners HR Rebranding Campaign

Background:
Partners HR is a human resources consulting firm in Oklahoma City. The company offers staffing and recruiting assistance to all types of businesses from those that are locally owned to large, multi-national companies.

When Partners HR asked 20 Hats to create a new brochure promoting its services, the company didn’t know it would receive a new look that would not only help increase awareness among potential clients but also differentiate the company from its competitors.

Partners HR wanted to use one collateral piece to speak to both employers and job candidates. However, 20 Hats suggested using a different piece for each audience so they could be more properly targeted. 20 Hats proposed a more expensive, eye-catching brochure for the employer audience and a more flexible, less expensive piece for the job candidate audience.

Objectives
To design a consistent image for Partners HR by using a cohesive design throughout all the company’s collateral pieces including stationary package
To create an unusual, creative image for Partners HR
To create a collateral piece to be given to human resources departments and employers who use Partners HR to recruit job candidates
To create a flexible, inexpensive collateral piece to be given to job candidate who use Partners HR to find jobs
To create business cards
To develop audience specific e-newsletters

20 Hats used similar imagery throughout each piece created. For example, the same graphic elements are featured on all marketing collateral including brochures, proposals and PowerPoint presentations. In addition, the brochure is 6x6” (not 8.5x11”) and has a contemporary look that is very different from most of Partners’ more traditional competitors. The size and bright design reinforce Partners’ message that it is an innovative and progressive player in its industry.
